We’re based in New Rochelle and serve Westchester County, NY, plus nearby Fairfield County, CT (including Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk, and surrounding areas). If you’re unsure, share your address and we’ll confirm quickly.

What services do you offer?

House cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out. We also handle light commercial/office maintenance by request.

Are your products kid- and pet-safe?

Yes. We use eco-friendly, low-tox products and can adapt to allergies or brand preferences—just tell us in advance.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. We’re insured/bonded for your peace of mind.

Do you background-check your cleaners?

Yes. Our techs are vetted and trained before entering your home.

How do quotes work—can I send photos or a video walk-through?

Absolutely. Photo/video quotes speed up pricing and help us recommend flat-rate vs. hourly.

Do you bring supplies and equipment?

Yes. We arrive fully equipped with professional tools and products. If you prefer something specific, we can use yours.

What’s included in a standard house cleaning?

Routine maintenance of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas: dusting, counters, exterior appliances, sinks/fixtures, mirrors/glass touch-ups, vacuuming and mopping, plus a tidy-up. Add-ons are available.

How is deep cleaning different from standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning maintains; deep cleaning resets—baseboards, trim, switches, vents, grout attention, and more detailed work.

Do you do post-renovation or post-construction cleaning?

Yes. We use fine-dust methods (multi-pass dusting/vacuuming) and can focus on trim, vents, and high-touch areas.

Can you clean inside the oven, fridge, cabinets, and interior windows?

Yes—please request these as add-ons so we plan time and tools.

Do you offer one-time and recurring service?

Yes. One-time, seasonal, or recurring weekly/bi-weekly/monthly plans—your choice.

What are your hours, and do I need to be home?

Typical hours: Mon–Fri 8 am–5 pm, Sat 8 am–4 pm. You don’t need to be home if we have secure entry instructions; we’ll message when finished.

How do you handle access, parking, pets, and special instructions?

Before the first visit we confirm entry (codes/keys), parking/concierge notes, pet info, and any must-do tasks. Add notes to your booking—we’ll follow them each visit.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major cards and digital payments. Charges are usually processed after service is completed.

What’s your reschedule/cancellation policy?

Plans change—just give us notice as soon as you can so we can free the slot. Same-day changes may incur a fee if a team is already dispatched.

Do you work with move-in/move-out checklists and provide receipts?

Yes. Share your landlord/realtor checklist and we’ll align scope. We can email a service receipt and completed checklist after the clean.

How do I book?
